Flowgistics Manager

Social Impact Studios is looking for a regular, part-time “Flowgistics” Manager to work with our team to support activating inspired ideas for good.

Why “Flowgistics?”

At SIS, the WAY we do our work is just as important as the outcomes. It’s not just about checking off tasks. Over our 25 years, we’ve learned that honoring a dynamic flow among people is critical for moving ideas to action in thoughtful, beautiful, and meaningful ways.

The new Flowgistics Manager will be supported by a foundation of methods and practices that already guide our team and community of collaborators in the day-to-day work of engaging people in important issues & culture. 

What You’ll Need:

  • Great communication skills
  • Geek-level attention to detail
  • Pro-active, self-empowered approach
  • Your own computer and access to internet

The Nuts & Bolts:

  • Part-time, 15-20 hours/week – weekdays (ideally, 10am-2pm ET, but open to flexible options)
  • Remote position. Option to work in-person in the Philadelphia studio when it re-opens on a regular basis (TBD).
  • Sub-Contracted or Employee status – depending on set schedule of hours & work or self-managed schedule & expertise
  • Living wage+ hourly pay based on experience up to $25/hr. Paid weekly electronically.

Visual/Interactive Designer

Make positive social change with your talent, skills and dedication.

Social Impact Studios always has part-time, freelance-style opportunities for creative people who want to make a difference with their work. Work with our creative team to bring inspired ideas to life.

What You’ll Need:

  • Experience in core Adobe Creative Suite required (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Bonus: Experience in web design, video editing and/or animation a plus but not required
  • Your own equipment and design programs
  • Attention to detail and a passion for stretching creativity within the time-sensitive world of making a social impact

The Nuts & Bolts:

  • Part-time, hours vary based on projects 
  • Remote sub-contracted position
  • Attend Creative Meetings
  • Check-In via e-mail, call/Zoom and on Asana Workspace for project/assignment updates
  • Attend Weekly Social Impact Team Meeting @10am – 10:30am EST Thursdays
  • Living wage+ hourly pay based on experience up to $25/hr. Paid weekly electronically.
