Managing the moving parts of communications & publicity can feel overwhelming. That’s where our Public Image Works program comes in. We leverage the power of our own method to help you streamline your efforts and give you hands-on help to stay on top of the details.
Before jumping into hands-on work, we focus on laying the foundations:
– SIS develops a Public Image Plan: Annual Strategy & Roadmap for communications and publicity based on your mission, values & goals.
– SIS manages backend technical set up and access to social media, Google analytics, e-mail services, advertising platforms, and website – so our team can develop content and help you manage pushing out communication and publicity as needed (see below).
Setting the groundwork typically takes 2-3 weeks
SIS will help you manage and activate your communications & publicity, following the Public Image Plan. We work an average of 10 hrs/month to include:
Strategy & Stewardship:
– SIS will manage the Public Image Plan to help everything stay on track
– SIS will set up analytics tracking for monthly review
– Monthly Planning Mtg (1hr/Mo)
– Weekly Check-Ins by email or short Zoom mtgs (20-30 min/Wk)
Hands-On Work based on priorities established in the Monthly Mtg in the following areas:
– Content creation (writing, visual design, interactive design, etc. based on needs)
– Tag-team with you on direct publicity based on the Public Image Plan and activated publicity items (social media placement, advertising content, media & network outreach, etc. based on needs)
A la carte or packages of Add-Ons are available for hands-on work that exceeds 8 hours/month:
– Visual & Interactive Design
– Advanced Writing & Editing
– Advertising Negotiation & Placement Management
– Advanced Action Advising
– Workshops for your Board & Team
All 12-month Public Image Works Activation clients are eligible for:
– The Public Image Workshop live sessions, recordings, and tools for ongoing skill-building at no additional cost.
– Our 50-minute Weekly Creative “Hub Bub” every Wed at 10 am ET
– Any other workshops and special webinars that SIS offers during the year of activation.
If you choose to sign up for the full year, you will be added to the Public Image Works hub for access to the schedule and materials.
$1,000/month for a Full Spot
We offer the option to share a spot with another organization or two!
Half-Spot (5 hrs/month) = $500/month
Third-of-a-Spot (3.5 hrs/month) = $350/month
